DELIVERY

Delivery of every Cicijam product is proceed on the next day after payment received into our bank account. Delivery time may be vary, depends on the  on mileage from our factory to your destination. In the even that the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified and we will inform you of the products expected delivery date. 

WARRANTY POLICY

All products purchased from Cicijam are provided with a Warranty Card and it is unreturnable. Please bring the Warranty Card and original receipt to the authorized dealer for service & maintenance .
